Theon Sensors is a leading developer and manufacturer of customizable night vision, thermal
imaging systems, and Electro-Optical ISR systems for military and security applications, with
more than 220,000 systems in service. Theon designs and manufactures several variants of
monocular and binocular NVGs, including the NYX (white labeled as F5032 and codified as
PVS-31D under ESA’s supply to the USMC). Theon is also a leader in image intensification and
thermal imaging stand-alone and clip-on weapon sights. Under the THEON-NEXT initiative and
the Augmented Reality Modular Ecosystem of Devices (ARMED), Theon produces an
ecosystem of smart, fused, AR-capable night vision devices for the dismounted soldier.
THEON’s products are already fielded in the US DoW, Federal LE, and Commercial markets
through our strategic partnerships with ESA and EOTech.
